HARNN SIGNATURE ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS are perfect for:
- Aromatherapies, in the form of inhalation, by means of baths, in the form of massage or others, as needed
- Scenting rooms, with 3 - 5 drops of the essential oil and depending on the size of the scent lamp, let it evaporate in your favourite rooms
- For sauna infusion, add 3 - 7 drops to the ladle
- As a bath additive, add approx. 5 - 8 drops of the essential oil to the bath water
- For massages, mix with approx. 2-3 drops per 10 ml of neutral, unscented massage oil.
- Or for daily body care as a body oil, add approx. 2 - 3 drops of the essential oil to a natural, unscented body oil
