Where should I place my order?

Do you also deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. If your country is not listed, we will find a way to make it happen. To do so, contact us here.
How do I know if my order was successful?
Following each online order and after successful payment, you will receive a clear order confirmation by e-mail, which confirms the receipt of your order.
If you do not receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 30 minutes after placing your online order, please check your spam folder. If you do not find your order confirmation there either, please contact us here. We will make sure that you receive all the necessary documents from us.
Can I cancel or change my order?If an item was ordered in error, HARNN will gladly replace the item with the item the customer intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sale condition. The customer is responsible for shipping and additional shipping costs.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?We ensure that order processing is uncomplicated and carefree. Every order and every delivery to you, right up to the receipt of your items, should be a memorable experience.
Our deliveries are effected during working days between Monday and Friday. It requires 1 to 2 days maximum for the processing of your order. The shipment is carried out with the local delivery services in your country and is based on the following specifications by the carrier:

How will my order be dispatched?
Each parcel is delivered using local, trusted delivery services. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out delivery delays. In this case, we ask for your kind understanding, which we greatly appreciate.
I ordered twice, how can I cancel my order?
If you have ordered an item in error, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order so that we can cancel the incorrectly ordered item before it is dispatched to you. You can find out how to contact us here.
How can I change my shipping address?
As soon as you have selected your items and have proceeded to the payment process in the "Check Out" area, you will be asked to enter the desired delivery address.
Unless otherwise agreed, your items will be sent by postal service to the delivery address you have provided. Always make sure that the delivery address is correct, because the delivery will always be made to the address that you indicate to us.

Can I collect my order at an official HARNN store?
Orders can also be collected at our official HARNN stores. The pick-up of orders can be indicated in the shopping cart during checkout and is always free of charge for you. You can find out where your order can be collected here.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Each of our items is carefully inspected for completeness and quality before it is shipped. It is very important to us that only impeccable products of highest quality leave our premises.
Therefore, please check the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the product has any defects, please notify us in writing by letter or e-mail within 24 hours.
If you need to return the item, please send it back to us, stating our return number. You will receive the return number after written notification of the respective defects. The goods must always be returned in the original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the corresponding delivery note, the return number and a description of the defects. Please always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until you are assured that your package has reached us safely.
Opened items are excluded from exchange for hygienic and legal reasons.
Items of our brands purchased in department stores, from third party retailers or elsewhere, should be returned to where they were originally purchased.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the respective amount to your bank account within 2 days.
