That the linolenic acids contained in the seeds of sesame do indeed have an effect on various skin diseases. They soothe the skin and reduce inflammation, redness, allergies, itching and other irritations. Similar to omega-3 fatty acids, these linolenic acids have an inflammation-regulating effect and can therefore alleviate discomfort from inflammation-related diseases. In healing therapies it is used to detoxify the body. It is rich in cell-strengthening lecithin, antioxidant vitamin E and polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids, which are noticeably regenerative for the skin.
In addition, linolenic acids have an antihistamine effect on allergies, but also on histamine intolerance. TIP:
Use the body oil as an "après-douche" directly on damp skin after showering. Simply spray it onto the still damp skin, preferably immediately after showering.
